Cookie Notice

1. Current position

The KAIRON website does not intentionally set optional cookies of its own and does not currently use an advertising network, social media pixel, tracking across sites or audience analytics product.

No general cookie banner is shown before optional content is activated. The Cal.com calendar is controlled separately on the contact page. Any future non-essential tracking must remain disabled until the consent required by applicable law has been obtained.

2. Strictly necessary delivery and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Depending on traffic and security conditions, Cloudflare may use temporary cookies or comparable signals strictly to identify malicious traffic, maintain service integrity, balance requests or complete a security challenge.

These technologies are used to transmit and secure a service requested by the visitor, not by KAIRON for advertising or behavioural profiling.

3. Optional Cal.com booking content

The contact page offers an optional Cal.com calendar. The embedded calendar is blocked by default. If you select View available times, your browser connects to Cal.com and Cal.com may receive your IP address, device and usage data and may use cookies under its own privacy and cookie practices.

You can decline without losing access to the KAIRON website and contact KAIRON by email instead. You can also unload the embedded calendar, although cookies already placed on the Cal.com domain must be controlled through your browser or Cal.com's own controls.

Closing the embedded calendar stops its display; it does not cancel an appointment, erase submitted details or reverse previous connections. Use the booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule, and contact KAIRON for a data-rights request. Loading the calendar is not consent to unrelated advertising.

4. Current technology inventory

• Cloudflare security and delivery: essential; duration is controlled by the provider according to the security event and configuration.
• Cal.com: optional; activated only by the visitor on the contact page; cookies and retention are controlled by the provider.
• KAIRON analytics, advertising and social pixels: not enabled for measurement.

Ordinary server logs and email records involve the processing of personal data but are not necessarily cookies. They are covered by the Privacy Policy.

This inventory concerns kaironsports.com. Separate services, including any Academy interest form, must be checked against the notice shown on that service. An external provider’s cookies are not treated as necessary merely because its content can be embedded here.

Cloudflare may insert a measurement script into delivered pages. The website’s current Content Security Policy blocks the external analytics script and its reporting connections. We do not treat an inserted tag as proof of active measurement, and will review this control before enabling any audience analytics.

5. Browser and service controls

You can delete or block cookies through your browser and may use private browsing or protection against tracking. Blocking strictly necessary security technology may prevent a page or challenge from loading correctly.

To avoid Cal.com processing, do not activate or open its calendar; use the email routes shown on the contact page.

6. Changes and contact

This inventory will be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, embedded content or other website technology changes. The review date identifies the current version.
