Dámaso Mengod Pérez is the publisher, site operator and responsible editor of kaironsports.com.

KAIRON SPORTS and KAIRON ACADEMY are project and trading names used for the activities described on this website. They do not, by themselves, identify separate incorporated entities.

2. Status before launch and contracting

The operating and legal structure is being finalised before commercial project or Academy activity begins. KAIRON ACADEMY remains in development. No operational, coaching, facility management or participant service is offered unless the relevant legal operator, written terms, safeguards and required authorisations are in place.

The website does not conceal an online seller: it contains no checkout, subscription, player registration or automatic service acceptance.

Before paid work or participation begins, the relevant written proposal or agreement will identify the contracting party, professional address, registration or tax details where applicable, scope, price, governing law and dispute route. This Legal Notice will be updated when a permanent professional establishment or incorporated operator is activated.

Unless otherwise identified, the KAIRON names, logo, website design, original text, graphics, methods, research structures and documents are controlled by the publisher. Publication does not transfer ownership or grant a general commercial licence.

Names, marks, official documents and other materials from third parties remain the property of their respective owners. They may appear only where relevant for identification, commentary, research or source context.
