Dámaso Mengod Pérez is the publisher, site operator and responsible editor of kaironsports.com.

KAIRON SPORTS and KAIRON ACADEMY are project and trading names used for the activities described on this website. They do not, by themselves, identify separate incorporated entities.

This address is used for commercial domiciliation and correspondence. It is not an Academy training venue and does not, by itself, establish tax residence, registration or authorisation to operate.

2. Status before launch and contracting

The legal and operating arrangements are being prepared. KAIRON ACADEMY remains in development. Paid work or Academy participation will begin only once the person or entity responsible for delivery is legally entitled to operate, with the required written terms, safeguards and authorisations in place.

This is an information website, not an online shop. It has no checkout, subscription, player registration or automatic acceptance of services. Before paid work or participation begins, the relevant agreement will identify the contracting party, professional address, registration or tax details where applicable, scope, price and arrangements for disputes.

This notice will be updated as the publisher’s details or legal and operating arrangements change. A company with separate legal personality is not the only possible operating structure.

The publisher owns or is authorised to use the original KAIRON website content, design and brand assets, subject to any third-party rights identified on the site. Protection applies only to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law; mentioning a method or idea does not establish an exclusive right over it.

Publication or downloading does not transfer ownership. Statutory exceptions, third-party licences and the permitted uses in the Website Terms remain applicable.
