1. Scope and operator

These conditions explain the permitted use and limits of the public website. They do not replace an individually agreed contract or override rights provided by mandatory law.

The website is operated by Dámaso Mengod Pérez under the project and trading names KAIRON SPORTS and KAIRON ACADEMY. Those names do not, by themselves, identify separate incorporated entities. Further information appears in the Legal Notice.

Any signed proposal, mandate, participation agreement or other contract governs the relevant paid activity and prevails over these website terms where the two conflict.

2. Public website and no online offer

The website explains KAIRON's positioning, project types, methods and projects in development. Content may change as evidence, services and KAIRON ACADEMY develop.

Downloading material, making an initial enquiry or booking a conversation does not, by itself, commission paid work or reserve an Academy place. Booking a meeting reserves only the selected appointment, subject to its confirmation. Any subsequent agreement must be assessed on its own terms; these website conditions do not cancel commitments expressly made in writing.

3. KAIRON SPORTS engagements

KAIRON SPORTS may create its own football projects, assess feasibility, build projects with clubs, facility holders, schools, public bodies and other legitimate partners, and take a clearly defined operating role. Feasibility, build and launch, managed operation, transfer, renewal or expansion are separate phases and only begin under an appropriate written agreement defining the contracting operator, authority, rights, scope, access, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, data roles, safeguards, insurance, acceptance and termination.

Website content is not an offer, bid, mandate, operating authorisation or promise of outcome.

4. KAIRON ACADEMY

KAIRON ACADEMY is currently being developed as an initiative for player development delivered in person. The public website does not guarantee a launch date, venue, coach, place, price, programme, selection opportunity or sporting result.

Any live activity will require separate terms appropriate to the operating entity, location and participant. These may cover eligibility, parent or guardian authority, payment and cancellation, attendance, conduct, health and emergency information, insurance, safeguarding, supervision, transport, facilities, image use and data protection.

Academy is designed to complement club football. It is not another club, does not act as an agent or intermediary, does not guarantee trials or contracts and must not be used to bypass a player's existing obligations.

5. Public research and illustrative material

Any research based on public sources is independent unless expressly stated otherwise. It does not imply that a named institution is a client, partner, sponsor or endorser, and it must not be read as proof of need, authority to buy or permission to operate.

Public information may be incomplete, delayed, translated, superseded or corrected. Any project decision requires current, authorised validation and a separate written agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You may browse the website and download public material for legitimate evaluation, reference and internal discussion. You must not:

• use the website unlawfully or infringe another person's rights;
• interfere with security, availability or operation, or attempt unauthorised access;
• scrape at a level that disrupts the service or bypasses technical controls;
• misrepresent KAIRON's relationship with you, a club or any featured organisation;
• remove attribution or notices that define the limits of the evidence; or
• submit malicious code, unlawful material or sensitive information without authority.

7. Confidential and unsolicited material

An initial enquiry does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement, legal professional privilege or a commitment to accept or review a project. Applicable privacy and confidentiality duties still apply.

Keep the first message to a non-sensitive overview. Before sharing confidential club records, player files, medical or safeguarding data, credentials, identity documents or detailed financial information, agree the purpose, authorised recipients and an appropriate secure channel.

Confidential client material is also governed by the relevant written agreement. Unsolicited sensitive material may be deleted where there is no lawful reason to retain it.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

The publisher retains the rights it owns in original website content and KAIRON brand assets, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and licences. No ownership is transferred by publication or downloading. Methods and ideas are protected only to the extent provided by law.

You may share public documents internally for evaluation and make lawful quotations with clear attribution. Unless authorised by law, a relevant licence or prior written permission, do not resell or republish them in full, alter them in a misleading way, imply an endorsement, or incorporate protected material into a commercial product or its training data.

9. Services and links from third parties

The website may link to clubs, federations, public authorities, evidence sources, Cal.com, Instagram and other external services. KAIRON does not control their availability, accuracy, accessibility, security, privacy practices or terms.

A link, crest, citation or source does not imply partnership, integration, approval or endorsement. Optional embedded content may be withheld until the visitor chooses to activate it.

10. Information, availability and responsibility

Public content is provided for general information, institutional discussion and method demonstration. It is not legal, audit, tax, medical, safeguarding, employment, investment, agency or regulated engineering advice.

KAIRON aims to keep public content accurate and the website available but does not warrant that every item will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or free from error. Users remain responsible for validating information and obtaining qualified advice before making a consequential decision.

Any liability relating to the public website is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Responsibility for contracted work is addressed in the relevant agreement, subject to those same limits.

11. Applicable law, changes and contact

Mandatory law and jurisdiction applicable to the website, operator and user remain unaffected. Each signed engagement will identify the contracting party, governing law and dispute route appropriate to that activity and location.
