KAIRON SPORTS creates, launches and operates football projects, both its own and alongside clubs and partners. We bring together the people, facilities, funding and commercial agreements each project needs, with clear responsibility for the work we take on.
KAIRON ACADEMY is our own player development project, currently in development. It brings our method to the pitch through complementary training in small groups, alongside the player’s club programme.
From intent to operation
An idea is only the beginning
A football project needs more than a sporting idea. It needs players, capable staff, suitable facilities and a plan to attract income, control costs and keep the operation running.
KAIRON brings those elements together and takes responsibility for the work it agrees to deliver.
We research before we commit, then turn the findings into practical work: launching an academy, developing a programme or improving an existing operation.
We work with the club, institution or owner authorised to develop the project. Together, we define what is needed and bring in the right funding, commercial agreements and delivery partners.
We manage the agreed operation, coordinate the team and track delivery, costs and income. Together with the project owner, we decide what to improve, renew or hand over.
How we enter a project
Clear responsibilities. From the start
We can organise a football programme, support coaches in applying a methodology or coordinate an agreed part of an existing operation. The scope depends on the need and the resources available. The club or project owner retains its identity and sporting authority.
Clear authority
Before work starts, we agree who decides what, the work we will deliver and the access and information required.
Clear costs. A sustainable operation
Project costs and KAIRON fees are set out separately, so partners can see what delivery costs, what KAIRON earns and who carries each responsibility.
Responsible launch
Before launch, we confirm the team, funding, insurance and safeguards needed for the agreed work, including how it will continue or conclude.

A note from the founder
From the pitch to everything that makes it possible
My journey in football began coaching young players in Valencia and continued in Geneva. For more than five seasons, I worked across different age groups and in individual player development. That connection to the pitch remains KAIRON’s starting point.
Over time, my interest grew to include everything that allows a football project to work: how a team is organised, how an idea is funded and who takes responsibility for making it happen.
I founded KAIRON SPORTS to dedicate myself to that work. I want to develop projects that matter to the people involved, with a structure that can sustain them in sporting, human and financial terms.
Academy, our first own project, is still in development. It is where that commitment begins. The ambition goes beyond an academy, but the approach stays the same: build with care, learn from what happens and take responsibility for the work we undertake.
