The club remains the player's home
Rooted in Spanish football, our method develops the player through decisions made with teammates and against opponents. Their club remains at the centre of their football.
Academy provides additional time and individual attention. Each cycle focuses on a specific game situation, varies the conditions and observes what the player can do with less guidance.
The method
From understanding what the player needs to checking what they can do with less guidance.

We observe the player in the game, taking their club commitments and training load into account. Here, we look at what they notice and how they position themselves before receiving under pressure.
What this stage informs
For example: noticing where the opponent is and finding a passing option before the ball arrives.
At the end of the cycle, we record what appeared, with how much guidance and in which situations. That informs what to keep working on next.

Our roots and first base
Valencia shaped the way we see the game. Switzerland is where we are preparing our first base, with a focus on Vaud and Geneva.
Geneva and Vaud · In preparation
We are exploring venues and collaborations in Vaud and Geneva for our first Swiss base. Regular training that complements the club, close communication with families and individual player development are at its heart. Venues and dates are still to be confirmed.
The method carries Valencia's football education, culture and trusted network. It connects Academy to Spanish football knowledge, coaches and clubs, opening a future route for clinics, collaborations and coach development.

A player development cycle
The Kairon ecosystem
KAIRON Sports designs and coordinates football projects for clubs and institutions. Academy is our own player development project, with a method rooted in Spanish football and its first Swiss programme in preparation.
