The allocation is documented for each engagement. Facilities, coaches and funding are never assumed to be available.

KAIRON

The essentials before we talk.

Do we need to create a new academy?

No. The engagement can cover a complementary programme or a defined part of an existing activity. It does not require changing the club’s name or structure.

Does KAIRON provide every coach?

That is not assumed. We can work with your existing team or define additional staffing. Profiles, availability and remuneration are confirmed before delivery is accepted.

What does the price include?

The agreed scope is costed, including the preparation, delivery and follow-up KAIRON takes on. Our fees are distinguished from direct project costs such as facilities or equipment. We do not publish a price that ignores those differences.

Is this the same as joining Academy?

No. This page is for organisations looking to commission work. Academy is our player development project, currently in preparation; its registration arrangements are announced separately.
